Five New FIAF Associates

FIAF has five new Associates! At its meeting on 26 April 2025 in Montreal, the FIAF Executive Committee decided to admit four film heritage institutions as FIAF Associates: San Francisco Film Preserve (San Francisco), Archives nationales (Paris/Pierrefite-sur-Seine), Film Preservation Society (Los Angeles), Cimatheque (Cairo), and Centro Técnico Audiovisual (CTAv, Rio de Janeiro). These new Associates were introduced to the FIAF community during the General Assembly in Montreal on 1 May, alongside the three Associate admitted to FIAF last November: M Plus Museum Limited (M+, Hong Kong), Image'Est (Epinal),and the University of Chicago Film Studies Center). This brings the total number of FIAF affiliates to the new record of 184 (96 Members and 88 Associates).
