Membership Information

Executive Committee (EC)

The governing body of FIAF is the Executive Committee (EC) which is composed of 13 members (3 officers and 10 members) elected for a renewable 2 years mandate, which gathers twice a year, in Spring at the occasion of the FIAF Congress, and in Fall.
During the FIAF General Assembly, the President, the Secretary General and the Treasurer are elected separetly. The other members of the Executive Committee are elected amongst the FIAF Affiliates.

During the 63rd FIAF Congress held in Tokyo, on April 7-12 2007, the General Assembly has voted the new Executive Committee for the period 2007-2009, as follows:

President : Ms. Eva Orbanz (Deutsche Kinemathek, Berlin)

Secretary General : Ms. Meg Labrum (National Film and Sound Archive, Canberra)

Treasurer : Mr. Patrick Loughney (George Eastman House, Rochester)

The next election of the Executive Committee will be held in Buenos Aires, at the occasion of the 65th FIAF Congress, on May 2009.
