Iris is the name of FIAF's new streaming platform, which was first introduced during the 2021 FIAF Programming Winter School. Its name is a friendly tribute to the Cinémathèque française's platform HENRI (named after Henri Langlois, a founder of FIAF), and to Iris Barry, another founder of FIAF and one of the first programmers of film heritage.
