ANNUAL REPORT
GUIDELINES
The activities report
of your archive for the year 2009 should be sent to the Secretariat
by 28 February 2010 in order to be included in the annual
bound volume which will be distributed before the next Congress/General
Assembly, which will take place in Oslo (2-8 May 2010).
Please follow carefully
the following instructions:
Give information on
the following items, for preference in the order specified,
and with an emphasis on the first two points:
1. Acquisitions of
the year
2. Progress and problems in the field of preservation
3. Cataloguing, documentation and research
4. Film showings, exhibitions and publications (a short summary)
5. Budgetary matters, relations with governmental authorities
6. International relations (FIAF and others)
7. Special events, and other achievements or difficulties
not mentioned elsewhere (for example: the impact of a new
piece of legislation in your country; the opening or closure
of a new facility; staffing or structural changes in your
institution; a major critical or academic dispute; and so
on)
It is essential that
the report conform to the following specifications:
* Language: English,
Spanish or French
* 4 pages maximum
* Format of the document:
- Microsoft Word Document as attached document in an e-mail
(info@fiafnet.org)
- or Microsoft Word Document on a floppy disk, sent by postal
mail to the Secretariat.
- or printed camera-ready document on A4 sized pages, margins
of 2,5 cm minimum,
to be sent by postal mail to the Secretariat
* Deadline: 28 February 2010
The volume of annual
reports is primarily reserved to FIAF's affiliates. It could,
however, be made available to researchers in the libraries
of your institution.
